Is there MTD software that reminds me about gas safety and EICR?

Yes. VoxaMTD's paid plans, from £8.99 a month, keep your gas safety records, EICRs and other certificates with reminders, beside your MTD quarterly updates. Certificates and reminders are paid features, and our £0 plan covers quarterly updates only.
Each certificate is on its own renewal cycle. HSE says a gas safety check is due every 12 months, and the GOV.UK landlord guide says electrical installations must be inspected at least every 5 years in England.
A reminder does not book the check, so you still arrange it and keep the record. VoxaMTD's paid plans also seal what you record into a hash-chained audit trail.
