Is there an MTD app for iPhone?

Yes. VoxaMTD has a web version and an iPhone app, with a free plan for quarterly updates for up to 2 tenancies. It does not have an Android app. HMRC does not recommend any product.
VoxaMTD is listed on HMRC's Making Tax Digital software finder. It sends quarterly updates today; the year-end final declaration is coming before April 2027, in time for the 2026 to 2027 tax year (first due 31 January 2028).
You can import a CSV or Excel file, or connect one bank with open banking on the free plan, and AI categorisation and a basic tax estimate are included. Every new account gets a 7-day free trial of the paid features when you sign up, with no card needed. Foreign property is not supported.
Whatever you choose, check it supports your income sources and accounting period using HMRC's software finder.
