What Arthur Online does
Arthur Online describes itself as a comprehensive property management system for landlords and agents.
Tenants can raise maintenance issues through Arthur's portal and app, contractors can accept work orders and offer quotes in Arthur's contractor app, and owners can approve maintenance quotes.
Arthur Online sends automatic notifications for expiring documents, and its finance module handles tenant, client and contractor accounting and links to Xero.
Arthur Online and Fixflo are both part of Aareon, and Arthur offers an integration with Fixflo Basic.
Where Voxa Estate differs
Voxa Estate is not a property management system and does not replace one. It is a repairs and compliance desk that works alongside your current system.
Tenants report repairs on WhatsApp, with nothing to download. Alex triages each report into a job and asks your own contractors first, by text message and email.
Each property's certificates and duties sit in one place, and recorded certificates and closed jobs are sealed into the property's record: hash-chained and externally timestamped.
Which one fits
If you need one system for tenancies, rent statements and client accounting, Arthur Online is built for that and Voxa Estate is not.
If you already have a system you are happy with and want repairs and compliance to run with less chasing, Voxa Estate works alongside it.
Bringing data across
Arthur Online can email you a backup of your data as a series of CSV files, which leaves out documents, notes and messages.
Voxa Estate imports properties, tenancies, contractors and landlord clients from CSV or Excel files. It suggests how the columns match, you check the mapping on a preview, and nothing is saved until you confirm.
A direct connection to Arthur Online is not available yet.
